Digilaps FAQ

In which languages are the events available?

Our events and packages are available in English, Russian, Estonian and German.

When purchasing tickets, please check the event description to see which language the event is organised in, as this depends on which instructor is responsible for the session. If you would like to book a group event in English, Russian, Estonian or German, please get in touch with us using the form. We will need to check the instructor’s availability.

How large are the groups?

Most events are designed for small groups of up to 8 active participants. We also have 3 sofa seats for parents who wish to observe the session.

Parents attending in a passive role may buy tea or coffee during the event. Parents who prefer not to participate may also take a short walk in the Old Town, which is only about 4 minutes away on foot from the Kotzebue 8 location.

Can parents participate?

For selected events, yes. Some formats allow direct parent participation, while others offer limited seating for parents who wish to observe.

If you choose a "Child + Parent" ticket, a dedicated place at the working table is reserved for you and your child.

If you prefer to observe only, we have **3 sofa seats** available for parents on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is parking available?

Yes, up to 4 parking spaces are available.

Can we book a private event or birthday party?

Yes. Private group bookings and birthday formats are available for selected programmes.

Where do I buy tickets?

Tickets will be offered through an external event platform such as Fienta or Eventbrite, depending on the event.

Do children need prior experience?

No. Our events are designed to be welcoming and accessible for beginners.

Can I return tickets or cancel an event?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may give your ticket to someone else.

For group events, cancellation is possible before payment, but no later than 2 days after confirmation, and the proforma invoice has been sent.

If an event cannot take place due to circumstances on the organiser’s side, such as instructor illness, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and the payment will be refunded in full.

If an event cannot take place due to force majeure or third-party disruption, such as natural disaster, war or a major power outage, the payment will not be refunded. However, the event may be rescheduled to a new date within one month of the original date.
